What are the different steps to take in order to begin a collaboration with BlueBackUp and benefit from user-friendly backup procedures ?

• Our Account Manager will visit your site to help to determine your needs.
• At the end of this meeting, if we mutually agree that our automatic backup solution will provide real added value to your activity, you have the opportunity of testing it for 25 days without any obligation to buy.
• When installing the software on your machines, you decide the frequency and time at which the automatic backup will be performed. This installation may either be made in situ by one of our technicians or remotely by phone.
• During the first backup, all you data is sent to our servers.
• After that, thanks to Delta Block technology, only modifications made that day are automatically sent to our backup server. The daily backup takes about 2% of the time taken by the full backup.
• The only thing that you have to do is to check the confirmation email every day that tells you if the automatic backup has worked correctly. If any data is lost, you can retrieve it yourself with just a few mouse clicks.
• For significant amounts, a BlueBackUp technician will visit your site as soon as possible to restore your data through a physical medium.
